Darlington Partners Places Corporate Counsel

Darlington Partners, Ltd. announces the placement of Stephen Berkeley as Corporate Counsel at Loop Capital Markets.

Mr. Berkeley joins Loop Capital from Chicago law firm Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP, where he was a Partner consulting and advising Investment Advisors and Broker-Dealers. Prior to that, Steve was a Partner at law firms Shaheen, Novoselsky, Staat, Filipowski & Eccleston, P.C. and Kane & Fisher, Ltd. Previously, he served as Senior Counsel for the Securities Division of the Arizona Corporation Commission.

Steve has a BA from Hamilton College and received his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law. He is a Member of the Bar in Illinois and Arizona.
