Darlington Partners places Chief Compliance Officer, NWD Investment Management

Executive search firm Darlington Partners, Ltd. announces the placement of Dorothy Sanders as Chief Compliance Officer for NWD Investment Management.

Ms. Sanders joins NWD Investment Management from Investors Bank & Trust where she was Senior Director and Senior Counsel. Previously, Dorothy was the SVP, Secretary & General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Fred Alger Management as well as SVP, Deputy Compliance Director, Investments at Bank of America.

Dorothy's earlier career assignments included Special Counsel at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and Branch Chief, Enforcement Division Attorney for the US SEC. Ms. Sanders received her JD from Boston College Law School and graduated from Douglass College, Rutgers University.
