Bruce Innes joins Darlington Leadership TeamDarlington Partners is pleased to announce that Bruce D. Innes has rejoined the firm as Managing Director and Head of our Investment Management practice. Based in Chicago, Mr. Innes will also maintain a presence in our New York office. Bruce joins us from Calamos Investments, Inc. where he was the Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. Mr. Innes has spent the majority of his career recruiting for leadership positions within the investment management industry as both a corporate officer and a search consultant. "Bruce is the perfect leader for our growing Investment Management practice" said Richard Darlington, Founder/CEO. "His deep industry knowledge combined with years of hiring experience from both sides of the desk make Bruce a valuable advisor to large and small clients alike." Prior to Calamos, Mr. Innes was a Partner in the Global Asset Management Search Practice at A.T. Kearney. From 1989 to 1999, Mr. Innes was with Kemper Financial Services and Scudder Kemper Investments as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Head of Global Executive Recruiting. Bruce spent his early career in progressively responsible positions with the Executive Search Practice of KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Innes holds a BA degree from The Ohio State University and an MS in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University. Darlington Partners, Ltd. is a retained executive search firm with offices in New York, Chicago, and Baltimore. The firm conducts leadership searches in the Investment Management, Insurance, and Banking sectors.
