Timothy J. Hogan joins Darlington Leadership TeamDarlington Partners is pleased to announce that Timothy J. Hogan has joined the firm as Managing Director and head of our new Baltimore office. In addition to managing this location, Tim will maintain a presence in our New York office. Tim joins Darlington Partners after a distinguished corporate career as a Vice President Human Resources and Staffing leader across a variety of industries. He joins us from the Black & Decker Corporation where Tim was a Global Vice President of Human Resources. "Tim brings significant experience and knowledge that complements our well established insurance and financial services practice," said Richard Darlington, Founder/CEO. From 1994 to 1999 Mr. Hogan was Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Zurich Commercial. He arrived in the Baltimore area in 1992 to design and implement the executive leadership structure for USF&G Insurance. Prior leadership roles include VP International Human Resources with Sylvan Learning Systems. Tim spent his early career in progressively responsible HR roles with PepsiCo, Inc. Mr. Hogan holds a BA degree from Seton Hall University and completed his graduate studies in Industrial Relations at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
