Each assignment is customized based upon client requirements. Utilizing our proprietary relational database Search Management System we build and manage a targeted candidate discovery and management process.

Searches are typically 75-120 days in length, we generally contact 425 candidate potentials, and clients interview 4-7 qualified finalist candidates.
